On Wednesday, February 18th from 4-9 p.m., 15% of sales from your order at their 1540 Wakarusa Street location only will be given back to the PTO. Skip the dishes and clean up all while raising money. Valid on dine-in, take-out and delivery orders directly from Jefferson’s. Not valid on third party orders (i.e. Doordash, etc.). Don’t forget to tell them you’re with Quail Run Elementary Dine and Donate when ordering!

Hello Quail Families!

Valentine's Day class parties will be Wednesday, February 11th from 9:00 to 9:30 am. All classes will have a snack, test their skills in a Valentine's-themed game, make some heart-themed crafts and work on fun early finisher/take-home activity sheets.  We need your support below to make it all happen!  Please sign up to purchase items, or make a monetary donation to help cover PTO's costs for the parties!  All supplies should be dropped off in the office no later than Monday, February 9th. 

Calling all Room Parents & Parent Volunteers to sign up below to help run a party in each classroom.  All parent volunteers who want to setup and run a party must sign up below and should arrive at school at 8:30 am to begin helping with setup.  All family members are welcome to attend the parties without signing up, but will not be allowed in the school until 9:00 a.m.  

We are also reaching out for party prep volunteers! Please sign up below to join us in the commons on Tuesday, February 10th from 6:00-7:00 p.m.  Sort and fill totes for each class party and deliver them to classrooms.  More hands make for lighter work!

• The Supplies:  Want to help us make the parties happen!?  Please sign up to purchase supplies and food items needed for the party or sign up and make a monetary donation!  All items you sign up to purchase should be dropped off in the party supply drop off tote in the school lobby no later than Tuesday, February 9th.  Please only sign up for items that you can deliver to school by then.  

• Help Run A Party:  Calling all Room Parents & Parent Volunteers  - we’d like at least three of you to  sign up to help run a party in your child’s classroom. By signing up, we’ll send you detailed instructions on running the party and provide early access to your child’s classroom.   Volunteers who sign up should arrive at 8:30 am to help with setup.  Otherwise, all  parents are welcome to come and watch the parties from 9:00 - 9:30 am.  Thank you so much for your time and energy!

Party Prep:  Please sign up  and join the PTO on Tuesday, February 10th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Quail Run as we sort food, drinks and supplies for each classroom to have ready for Wednesday morning.

Your PTO is needing help to run Winter Parties Friday December 19th. We get it, it's the busiest time of year, that's why we've got it all planned out for you to run a 30 minute party and then you're done!

We need at least 2 parent volunteers to run each class party. If you are unavailable on party day, sign up to prep the night before.

Welcome to the first PTO meeting of the ‘25-’26 school year!

To provide a more social atmosphere for parents and staff to engage with one another, PTO meetings will now be held at Murf’s Grille, 3115 West 6th Street. Meetings will take place on the second Thursday of every month at 6 p.m.

We will be decorating for Fall on Saturday, October 4th.
