Quail Run PTO invites you to a special event at Lawrence Gymnastics Academy (LGA), where your kids can have a blast, be themselves, and expend some energy. On two Sunday evenings, we're taking over LGA, providing a fun-filled environment supervised by their trained staff. While the kids enjoy exciting activities, parents can take a break and recharge elsewhere.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we've organized the event by grades.

• Who:  All children attending Quail Run Elementary School

• When:  Sunday, February 18th, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for children in grades K, 1 and 2. Sunday, February 25th, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m for children in grades 3, 4 and 5.  

• Where:  Lawrence Gymnastics Academy, 4930 Legends Drive.  Just check-in, sign the waiver and drop off.

• Sign-up:  Click here to sign up for either Kids Night Out.  There are a maximum of 40 children at each event.  If you find later that your child can not attend, please delete their name from the sign up sheet.

• Parents Night Out:  We’re looking for one parent volunteer each from the K-2 and 3-5 groups to be the point person for an activity and/or gathering location for parents looking to gather with other parents during Kids Night Out.  If that’s you, please email the PTO.

The Party Details:  Valentine’s Day class parties will be Wednesday, February 14th from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m.  All classes will have a create your own snack bar for kids to choose what they love from puffed corn, corn chex, cheerios, chocolate chips and raisins.  Then the whole class will play the timeless elementary school game of Heads Up 7 Up.  For a craft, younger students will be making a heart hedgehog while older students will make a 3-D love bug.  Love-themed early finisher/take home activities appropriate for each grade will be provided.   

• The Supplies:  Want to help us make the parties happen!?  Please sign up to purchase supplies and food items needed for the party or sign up and make a monetary donation!  All items you sign up to purchase should be dropped off in the party supply drop off tote in the school lobby no later than Wednesday, February 7th.  Please only sign up for items that you can deliver to school by then.  

• Help Run A Party:  Calling all Room Parents & Parent Volunteers  - we’d like at least three of you to  sign up to help run a party in your child’s classroom.  All parents, even established room parents, need to complete the sign up to volunteer..  By signing up, we’ll send you detailed instructions on running the party and provide early access to your child’s classroom.   Volunteers who sign up should arrive at 8:30 am to help with setup.  Otherwise, all  parents are welcome to come and watch the parties from 9:00 - 9:30 am.  Thank you so much for your time and energy!

Party Prep:  Please sign up  and join the PTO on Tuesday, February 13th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Quail Run as we sort food, drinks and supplies for each classroom to have ready for Wednesday morning.

On Tuesday, November 28th from 4-9 p.m., 15% of sales from your order at their 743 Massachusetts Street location only will be given back to the PTO. Skip the dishes and clean up all while raising money. Valid on dine-in, take-out and delivery orders directly from Jefferson’s. Not valid on third party orders (i.e. Doordash, etc.). If dining in person, come between 6-6:30 p.m. to meet up with other Quail Run families. Don’t forget to tell them you’re with Quail Run Elementary Dine and Donate when ordering!
