Welcome to the first PTO meeting of the ‘25-’26 school year!

To provide a more social atmosphere for parents and staff to engage with one another, PTO meetings will now be held at Murf’s Grille, 3115 West 6th Street. Meetings will take place on the second Thursday of every month at 6 p.m.

We will be decorating for Fall on Saturday, October 4th.

 Join us for a Room Parent Connection Meeting on Wednesday, September 18th at 5:30 PM at Johnny’s West.

It’s a chance to meet fellow parents, share ideas, and get ready for a fun and successful school year together. 

We can’t wait to connect with you!

After class assignments are released in the afternoon, join the PTO on the school grounds for an evening of play and connection! Meet teachers, reconnect with old friends, and make new ones while exploring exciting activities offered by local organizations and businesses. Learn more about programs that interest your child, and enjoy ice cream treats available for purchase from Prime Martial Arts.

We’ll also have two fantastic food trucks on site: The Corn Dog Company and The Melt!

This evening!! Join PTO on the East playground at Quail Run for some popsicles and play! *Water will also be provided to keep you hydrated and cool.

Our ceremony to celebrate the end of our 5th graders academic career at Quail Run will be on Friday, May 16th at 2 PM and officiated by our Former Principal James Polk! The ceremony will take place in the gym and will start with students getting "clapped out" by Quail Run students in the hallways.

Younger siblings? - If families would like them to attend, please check in at the office to have them called out. I would highly encourage you to arrive before 1:45pm to sign them out from the office, to ease the traffic in the entryway. Please contact your child's teacher and the office if you plan to check them out earlier, so students can be ready to leave with you.
