The Party Details:  Valentine’s Day class parties will be Wednesday, February 14th from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m.  All classes will have a create your own snack bar for kids to choose what they love from puffed corn, corn chex, cheerios, chocolate chips and raisins.  Then the whole class will play the timeless elementary school game of Heads Up 7 Up.  For a craft, younger students will be making a heart hedgehog while older students will make a 3-D love bug.  Love-themed early finisher/take home activities appropriate for each grade will be provided.   

• The Supplies:  Want to help us make the parties happen!?  Please sign up to purchase supplies and food items needed for the party or sign up and make a monetary donation!  All items you sign up to purchase should be dropped off in the party supply drop off tote in the school lobby no later than Wednesday, February 7th.  Please only sign up for items that you can deliver to school by then.  

• Help Run A Party:  Calling all Room Parents & Parent Volunteers  - we’d like at least three of you to  sign up to help run a party in your child’s classroom.  All parents, even established room parents, need to complete the sign up to volunteer..  By signing up, we’ll send you detailed instructions on running the party and provide early access to your child’s classroom.   Volunteers who sign up should arrive at 8:30 am to help with setup.  Otherwise, all  parents are welcome to come and watch the parties from 9:00 - 9:30 am.  Thank you so much for your time and energy!

Party Prep:  Please sign up  and join the PTO on Tuesday, February 13th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Quail Run as we sort food, drinks and supplies for each classroom to have ready for Wednesday morning.
